27 Feb , 2026
1. Pre-Operation Checks
- Bucket Retraction: Fully retract the bucket using the long rod before starting.
- Fixed Pins: Secure the platform and frame with fixed pins.
- Circuit Plug: Inspect the power supply and ensure the circuit plug is properly connected.
- Surroundings: Stay alert and observe the environment, especially to avoid contact with wires or other facilities.
2. Driving on Rough Terrain
- Simultaneous Axle Drive: On muddy, icy, snowy, or soft surfaces, drive the front and rear axles together.
- Low Visibility: In poor weather conditions, stop operations within 10 meters to ensure safety.
3. General Safety Precautions
- No Personnel or Loads in Bucket: Never carry people or materials in the bucket—this is extremely hazardous.
- Clear Turning Radius: Ensure no one remains within the bucket’s turning radius.
- High-Voltage Lines: Avoid working under high-voltage transmission lines.
- Stable Support Legs: Always secure the excavator’s support legs firmly.
- Multi-Excavator Coordination: When two excavators operate simultaneously, maintain a safe distance to prevent boom collisions.
