Technical characteristics

The customizable ultra-low flatbed semi-trailer, also known as the ultra-low bed semi-trailer, is a specialized heavy-duty transport vehicle designed for moving non-detachable oversized heavy cargo such as excavators, loaders, harvesters and large industrial equipment. Its load-bearing deck height is strictly controlled at a very low level, far lower than that of ordinary standard flatbed semi-trailers, effectively avoiding the risk of exceeding the legal road height limit when transporting tall and heavy machinery. It is widely used in scenarios including engineering construction, mining infrastructure, large equipment manufacturing and cross-regional heavy cargo logistics.

1. Ultra-low Deck Design‌
The deck height is extremely low through the optimized gooseneck structure and wheel position layout, which significantly reduces the overall center of gravity of the vehicle, greatly improves driving stability, and effectively prevents rollover accidents during the transportation of high-center-of-gravity heavy loads.
2. High-strength Frame Structure‌
It adopts a concave-beam (or well-shaped) frame with an I-section longitudinal beam made of high-strength steel. The frame is formed through CO2 gas shielded welding and shot peening treatment, featuring high rigidity, high strength and strong corrosion resistance, and can withstand a maximum payload of 20-150 tons.
3.Stable Suspension System‌
Equipped with a multi-axle balanced suspension structure (such as three-axle balance type and two-axle balance type), a mass balance block is installed between the front and rear leaf springs to make the deflection of the front and rear leaf springs change equally, so that the front and rear axles are evenly stressed, extending the service life of parts and components.
4. High Safety Configuration‌
It is equipped with exhaust brake, ABS anti-lock braking system, broken-air brake rear axle and other configurations to improve braking performance and driving safety. The flat surface is designed with anti-slip strips and positioning devices to effectively reduce the sliding risk of loaded equipment.
