Technical characteristics

The customizable high flatbed semi-trailer, also known as the high-bed flatbed semi-trailer, is a standard heavy-duty road transport vehicle with a high-positioned cargo platform. It is mainly used for the centralized transportation of standard containers, bulk general cargo and prefabricated building components. The vehicle has a wide and flat open loading surface, no height limit on the upper part of the platform, and is compatible with 20ft/40ft standard containers through built-in twist locks. It is widely used in port transshipment, logistics distribution centers and inter-city large-volume cargo transportation scenarios.

1. High-strength Durable Frame‌
The main beam adopts high-tensile Q345 steel, which is welded by automatic submerged-arc process. The upper flange is 14mm thick, the bottom flange is 16mm thick, and the height of the I-beam can reach 500mm, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity and long service life.

2. Reliable Configuration System‌
It is equipped with standard ABS anti-lock braking system, Jost brand traction pin and landing gear, and Wabco braking components. The tire specification is 12R22.5, and the number of tires can be selected according to 2/3/4 axles, with a maximum load capacity of 50 tons.

3. Standardized Design‌
The overall dimension of the conventional model is 12500/1300025001500mm, the floor is made of 3mm checkered anti-slip steel plate, and 12 sets of container twist locks are pre-installed, which can quickly fix standard containers without additional binding.

It supports customized side wall and front baffle structures, and can be matched with mechanical suspension or air lift axle suspension according to different usage scenarios. The production process adopts high-grade polyurethane anti-corrosion paint, which is suitable for long-distance and all-weather road transportation.
