Technical characteristics

The customizable rear-dump semi-trailer is a highly adaptable specialized bulk material transport vehicle built on the standard rear-tilting unloading structure, with full-process personalized configuration support covering dimensions, materials, functional modules and scene adaptation. It can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual operation scenarios of different users, such as engineering earthwork, mining transportation, port bulk cargo transfer and urban construction waste removal, to fully match the transportation demands of sand, gravel, coal, ore, viscous clay and other special materials, and maximize the operation efficiency of the vehicle in specific working conditions.

1. Efficient Hydraulic Unloading System‌
It is equipped with a front-mounted single-top or multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder, which can complete the full unloading action within 15-20 seconds. The system is equipped with a balance valve to prevent accidental rollover caused by sudden vehicle body descent, ensuring high safety during operation.
2. High-strength Load-bearing Structure‌
The frame adopts an I-shaped longitudinal beam made of high-tensile manganese steel, and the cargo box can be made of high-strength steel plate or lightweight aluminum alloy. The box body can be designed in two forms: dustpan shape or rectangular shape, with strong impact resistance and a rated load capacity ranging from 30 tons to 60 tons.
3. Reliable Discharge Structure‌
The rear door adopts a self-locking flip or side-opening sealing design, which can effectively prevent material leakage during transportation. The hydraulic automatic opening and closing mechanism of the rear door can be customized according to the characteristics of different materials, adapting to the unloading requirements of viscous, granular and other special materials.
4. Lightweight and Road-adapted Design‌
The optimized frame structure and the use of high-strength lightweight materials effectively reduce the self-weight of the vehicle, which can meet the current national standard load limit requirements. The reasonable center of gravity layout greatly improves the driving stability when the vehicle is fully loaded and unloaded.
